LOURDES BERNAL-DIXON - Born in Madrid, Spain, October 5, 1973. Ms. Bernal-Dixon obtained her undergraduate degree in English with a minor in psychology in 1996 from Florida International University (B.A.). She earned her Juris Doctor degree from The Florida State University College of Law in 2000, where she was inducted into Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Ms. Bernal-Dixon also served as the law school’s Student Bar Association president and was a member and officer of the FSU College of Law Mock Trial Team which lead to her being award the FSU College of Law Dean’s Outstanding Service Award. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, Ms. Bernal-Dixon has focused her practice on litigation. She has handled matters ranging from consumer disputes to complex medical malpractice matters in both state and Federal courts. Her wide range of experience with different areas of the law allow Ms. Bernal-Dixon to carefully evalute matters from the outset in order to deliver effective results. Ms. Bernal-Dixon credits her career
success to the love and support of her parents and family, Cuban
immigrants, and her husband, Joshua. She is also the proud parent of
