arry L. Cook was born in Valparaiso, Florida. Mr. Cook earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Central Florida in 1974, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1977.

Mr. Cook was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977, and was admitted to the United States District Court - Northern District of Florida, Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida in 1977, and to the United States Court of Appeals – Fifth Circuit and Eleventh Circuit in 1978.

Mr. Cook has more than 30 years experience representing and defending Architectural and Engineering firms. He is primarily engaged in the practice of Construction Design Litigation and Professional Liability/Casualty Defense.
