racey A. DeCarlo was born in Glen Cove, New York.  Ms. DeCarlo received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Hofstra University in 1990, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1995.

Ms. DeCarlo was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995, and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

With over fifteen years of litigation experience, Ms. DeCarlo is experienced defending design professionals and attorneys. In her professional liability and insurance defense practice, Ms. DeCarlo representation includes architects, engineers and professional surveyors. She has successfully handled complex cases that encompass personal injury, roadway design and civil engineering and inspection matters.
