Boyce F. Ezell, III was born and raised in Miami, Florida.   Mr. Ezell attended Florida State University and obtained his Juris Doctor from Stetson University, College of Law.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1968.

Mr. Ezell is “Of Counsel” and works closely with the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group focusing on Corporate Governance Issues and Shareholder Disputes, Class Actions, Environmental Law, and both Real Estate and Zoning issues – and has appeared before the United States Supreme Court.

With over 40 years of practice, Mr. Ezell has handled a wide array of cases developing particular experience in the representation of domestic and foreign clients before the state, federal and appellate courts.  He is a member of the International Lawyers Group – an international legal referral and networking organization.  Membership is by invitation only.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ezell has participated in a number of local, state and national associations including the Dade County Bar, Florida Bar and American Bar Associations, as well as the Dade County Academy of Trial Lawyers, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
