onell A. Hicks was born and raised in Delaware.  Mr. Hicks received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University in 1997, and his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University in 2000. 

Mr. Hicks is admitted to practice law in Florida, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He represents clients in both state and federal matters. 

Mr. Hicks is experienced with complex litigation matters including commercial, personal injury, real estate, and construction law.  His practice includes experience with the nuances of electronic discovery, including multiple cases involving millions of documents. 

Since joining the firm, Mr. Hicks’ practice has served numerous clients, including insurance companies defending both architects and engineers.  He is dedicated to providing high quality legal services on behalf of his clients.
