Scott D. Kravetz received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1989.  Mr. Kravetz is admitted to the Florida Bar and to the United States District Court for both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Kravetz practices in all areas of civil litigation, but is particularly experienced in construction defect and delay cases, including design defect litigation, payment and performance bond litigation, cost overrun litigation as well as other complex real estate litigation matters.  He has represented receivers in several large, complex receiverships, and represented lenders with multiple workouts in connection with defaulting loans on active construction projects.

Mr. Kravetz has represented numerous owners and developers in projects at all levels of complexity ranging from simple contract disputes to construction disputes with claims in excess of $50 million.  His practice also involves providing clients with day-to-day guidance on large construction projects throughout Florida.
