Jose B. Rodriguez, AIA is the Managing Partner of D + K’s Ft. Lauderdale Office. Since opening D+K’s Ft. Lauderdale office in 2005, Mr. Rodriguez’s leadership has expanded D+K’s professional practices area which represents Architects, Engineers, Attorneys, Surveyors and Construction Management Professionals in Florida. Mr. Rodriguez is recognized for his experience and working knowledge of
design and the construction industry. He regularly counsels this country’s leading architects and engineers on risk management strategies for major projects.
As a licensed Architect (Texas Reg. No. 18095), Mr. Rodriguez
routinely represents architects and consulting
engineers. He is also frequently retained by nationally recognized organizations and
also represents numerous insurance companies to address professional
liability claims asserted against its insured.
Mr. Rodriguez frequently lectures on professional liability issues relating to design professionals and contractors, as well as risk management strategies for professionals. He is also a professor of Building Construction Law.
