odd L. Sussman was born in Hollywood, Florida.  Mr. Sussman attended the University of Florida obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Sports Management) in 2006, and the following year obtained his Master of Arts in International Business.  Mr. Sussman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 2010.

Mr. Sussman was involved in a variety of programs while attending law school.  He participated in the HOPE Financial Literacy for Foster Kids, Honor Council and Miami Law Ambassadors. 

Mr. Sussman also gained work experience at a number of firms and institutions.  He worked as a law clerk providing research and analysis on a multi-million dollar class-action lawsuit; he assisted the general counsel of AM Only, Inc. (Brooklyn, NY) with legal issues related to the entertainment industry; and, he served as a legal intern with the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney.

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010, Mr. Sussman joined the firm of Daniels Kashtan.  Working with senior partners, his practice is focused on commercial and construction litigation defense, including architects and engineers professional liability and insurance defense.
