Daniels Kashtan’s Jose B. Rodriguez, AIA Appointed to the CLM Membership Committee

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – October 20, 2011 – Florida law firm Daniels Kashtan is pleased to announce that Jose B. Rodriguez, AIA, managing partner at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, has been appointed to the Florida delegation for the membership committee of the Council on Litigation Management.

The Council on Litigation Management is the largest fully inclusive defense organization in the U.S. The nonpartisan alliance is comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations and attorneys. Membership brings a number of benefits, including speaking and writing opportunities, training and education sessions, and membership in the Executive Managed Referral Network.

Rodriguez’s experience as an architect provides insight in his defense of architects and engineers in cases involving claims of alleged construction defects. Major insurance companies often retain him to address professional liability claims against those they insure.

Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma, where he also earned his J.D.
