Florida Law Firm Daniels Kashtan Ranked Best Law Firm for Construction Law

Miami, Fla. – November 1, 2011 U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers have recognized Florida law firm Daniels Kashtan as a National Tier 2 for construction law and, in their Metropolitan Rankings, the firm is recognized as a Miami Tier 1 for Construction Law and Litigation – Construction. The firm was also recognized as a Miami Tier 2 for Litigation – Real Estate.

Daniels has represented numerous major clients and served as special counsel for several local government agencies in various construction litigation cases. Since 1984 he has been on the Panel of Construction Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association. Kashtan has consistently been recognized in Best Lawyers of America, Chambers & Partners, and Florida Super Lawyers.

The rankings are determined by results from client and lawyer surveys that focus on each lawyer and firm’s expertise, responsiveness and understanding of each business and its needs. The surveys also look at cost‐effectiveness and whether clients would refer other clients to the firm. To be eligible for a national ranking, the firm must have an office in one of the top 40 metropolitan areas in the United States. To be eligible for a metropolitan ranking, the firm must have at least one lawyer in the “Best Lawyers” list.
