Richard Daniels Named a Finalist for the “Most Effective Lawyers for 2011” by Daily Business Review

Miami, Fla. – December 19, 2011 – Daniels Kashtan is pleased to announce that Richard Daniels, a founding partner in the firm’s Miami office, has been honored as a finalist in the real estate category of Daily Business Review’s Most Effective Lawyers for 2011 list.

“I am honored by the Daily Business Review’s selection of me as a finalist,” Daniels said.  

Daniels was nominated as a finalist for the more than $800,000 judgment he landed in a so-called “unwinnable” eminent domain case. He took on the case for a childhood friend who had been forced out of his land in the East Everglades. No eminent domain lawyer would take on the case because everyone thought it was a lost cause, but Daniels’ determination to help his friend resulted in a major win against all odds.
