Florida Law Firm Daniels Kashtan Expands its Environmental Law Division

Fort Lauderdale, Fla. – September 22, 2011 Brian Kenyon joins the environmental law division at Daniels Kashtan. Kenyon’s practice will focus on environmental law, construction defect, construction litigation, insurance defense, and professional liability for architects and engineers.

Jose Rodriguez, Managing Partner of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, says, “Environmental law remains important here in Florida, as well as around the country. Our firm is excited to be part of this practice.”
Before accepting the position at Daniels Kashtan, Kenyon worked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. He also worked on the construction of the international terminal at Miami International Airport.

Kenyon received his J.D. from Florida State University and graduated with high honors with a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law.
