Daniels Kashtan’s Neil P. Robertson Named Fellow of American Bar Foundation

Miami, Fla. – October 14, 2011 – Florida law firm Daniels Kashtan is pleased to announce that Miami partner Neil P. Robertson has been named a member of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation (ABF).

The Fellows of the ABF is made up of attorneys, law faculty, judges and legal scholars nominated by their peers in their jurisdiction to become a member of the organization because of their outstanding achievements and dedication to their communities and the legal profession.

Since its establishment in 1955, The Fellows has provided integral support to the ABF through the legal expertise, annual contributions, and sponsored seminars and events given by its members. Membership in the organization is limited to a third of 1 percent of the lawyers who are licensed to practice in a given jurisdiction.

“I’m excited to serve with The Fellows of the ABF,” Robertson says. “One of the highest honors an attorney can receive is to be nominated by his peers to serve in an advisory capacity like this.”

Robertson practices in the areas of construction litigation, personal injury defense, products liability and premises liability. He has provided counsel to many well‐known clients, including the State of Florida, the Miami‐Dade County School Board, Kmart, Home Depot, and Winn Dixie.

Robertson is a member of the International Association of Insurance Defense Counsel and is AV rated by Martindale‐Hubbell. He received his B.A. from the University of South Florida and his J.D. from Duke University.
