Construction Project Contract Negotiation

The attorneys at Daniels Kashtan have hundreds of years of combined experience in litigating and defending construction claims based upon alleged breaches of the various provisions in the standard form agreements published by the AIA.  With a large South Florida presence, Daniels Kashtan is acutely aware of developing adverse legal trends and claims, and the contract provisions upon which a large percentage of all claims against design professionals are based. Drawing upon this extensive experience, Daniels Kashtan is able to draft and negotiate all relevant construction contract documents on behalf of design professionals.
